THE QUIET LEADER CIRCLE

A 3-month leadership development cohort for introverted women ready to practice leading

You've done the inner work. Now it's time to put it into practice.

You know you're a leader.

You've journaled. You've reflected. You've collected evidence of your capabilities.

But knowing you're a leader and confidently leading in real situations are two different things.

You're ready for the next step:

  • Practicing leadership skills in a safe space before using them at work
  • Getting feedback from women who understand your introverted approach
  • Experimenting with new behaviors without the fear of judgment
  • Building accountability so you actually do the things you know you should

You're tired of doing this work alone.

You've read the books. You've listened to the podcasts. You've done the self-paced courses.

And while they've helped, what you really need is community—a small group of women on the same journey who will witness your growth, challenge your assumptions, and celebrate your wins.

The Quiet Leader Circle is where development happens.

This is for you if...

✓ You've done some reflection work and understand your leadership strengths—now you need to practice using them

âś“ You're tired of reading about leadership skills without actually applying them in real situations

âś“ You want accountability and support from other introverted women navigating similar challenges

✓ You learn best by doing—through experimentation, feedback, and iteration

âś“ You're ready to be witnessed and supported (even though being seen still feels vulnerable)

âś“ You need a safe space to fail forward and discover what works for you

âś“ You're committed to showing up for yourself and a community for 3 months

âś“ You're looking for the bridge between "I know I'm a leader" and "I lead with confidence"

What Is The Quiet Leader Circle?

The Circle is a 3-month leadership development cohort designed specifically for introverted women who are ready to move from discovery to development.

This isn't more reflection. You've already done that work.

This is practice. Real experimentation. Low-stakes opportunities to try new leadership approaches, get feedback from peers, and build evidence-based confidence through doing, not just thinking.

Think of it as your leadership laboratory—where you test ideas, experiment with approaches, and discover what authentic leadership looks like for you through guided practice and community support.

The Circle is the bridge:

  • From knowing you're a leader → to leading confidently in real situations
  • From solo reflection → to community accountability
  • From theory → to application
  • From The Hidden Leader Journal → to The Quiet Leader Institute (launching 2027)

Why Cohorts Work for Introverts

"I'm not a 'group person.' Will this work for me?"

Yes. Here's why this cohort model is designed specifically for introverted women:

✓ Small groups (20 women max, peer circles of 4-5) — You're not performing for a crowd

✓ Predictable structure — You know what to expect each week, no surprise networking

✓ Time to process — Prompts shared in advance, no pressure to respond on the spot

✓ Depth over breadth — Same women for 3 months = real relationships, not surface-level connection

✓ Safe to experiment — Low-stakes practice before applying at work

✓ Reflection built in — Journal prompts between sessions for introverted processing

✓ Optional async community — Connect when you want, not when you're expected to

✓ Time-bound commitment — 3 months, then done. Clear beginning and end.

This isn't networking. This is development.

You're not here to collect contacts. You're here to practice leadership in a container designed for how you actually learn and grow.

Meet Your Facilitator

Chanel Allen

Certified John Maxwell DISC Consultant & Leadership Coach

Chanel knows what it's like to barely survive in a leadership role.

She spent two years trying to lead like the extroverts around her—exhausted, second-guessing every decision, questioning if she was cut out for leadership at all.

Then she discovered what you're learning now: authentic leadership comes from leading as yourself, not performing as someone else.

Chanel founded The Quiet Leader Co. to help introverted women in nonprofit, education, and youth development discover and develop their unique leadership identity.

Her methodology—Evidence Collection + Experimentation—is grounded in the reality that you're already leading. You just need to see the proof and practice in safe spaces before stepping into bigger leadership moments.

Chanel's approach:

  • Direct, clear, no BS facilitation (you won't waste time on fluff)
  • Structured frameworks for how introverts actually learn
  • Real stories from her own messy to rewarding leadership journey
  • High expectations with deep compassion

She gets it. She's been there. And she's ready to help you practice leading confidently.

Why Is This So Accessible?

Because transformative leadership development shouldn't only be available to women with corporate budgets.

The women in nonprofit, education, and youth development—the women doing the most important work—are often the most under-resourced when it comes to their own development.

This isn't "cheap" because it's lower quality. It's intentionally accessible because leadership growth should be available to every professional woman ready for it.

The work is real. The value is substantial. The investment meets you where you are.

What Happens After the Circle?

You graduate with:

  • 3 months of evidence from real experiments

  • Relationships with women who understand your leadership journey
  • A clear leadership identity and approach
  • Tools and frameworks you'll use for years

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the cohort start and end?
April 1 - June 30, 2026. All live sessions are scheduled in advance so you can plan accordingly.

What if I can't attend every live session?
Sessions are recorded and available in Kajabi within 24 hours. However, peer circles are most valuable when you show up live. We ask for 80% attendance commitment.

What if I haven't done the journal work yet?
That's okay! The journal is included in your Circle enrollment. You can start the journal work in March (before the cohort begins) or work through it alongside the cohort sessions.

What days/times are the live sessions?
Specific days and times will be determined based on the cohort's availability. You'll receive a scheduling survey after joining the waitlist to help us find times that work for the majority.

Do I need to be on camera during sessions?
For coaching sessions, camera is optional. For peer circles, camera-on is strongly encouraged (but not required) to build trust and connection in your small group.

What's the refund policy?
Due to the cohort nature and limited spots, all sales are final. We ask that you commit thoughtfully before enrolling.

How big are the peer circle groups?
4-5 women each. Groups are assigned during the first session based on industry, role level, or specific challenges to ensure meaningful connection.

Will there be another cohort if I can't do April-June?
Yes! Cohort 2 runs September-November 2026. Join the waitlist to receive priority notification when enrollment opens.

What if I'm not in nonprofit/education/youth development?
The Circle is designed for these sectors, but introverted women in other industries often find the work highly relevant. If you're unsure, email us at [contact email] to discuss fit.

Can I join if I'm not a "first-time" leader?
Absolutely. While the work is powerful for new leaders, it's equally transformative for experienced leaders who've been performing instead of leading authentically.

What platform do you use for sessions?
Kajabi for resource library and community. Zoom for live sessions (coaching + peer circles). You'll receive clear tech instructions after enrolling.

What happens to my resource library access after June?
You keep access indefinitely! The resource library will continue to be updated monthly with new tools and content.

Two Choices

Choice 1:
Keep doing leadership development alone. Keep reading the books without applying them. Keep knowing you're capable but not practicing in safe spaces. Keep waiting for confidence to magically appear.

Choice 2:
Commit to 3 months of real development. Practice leading in a container designed for introverts. Get feedback and support from women who get it. Build evidence through experimentation, not just reflection.

Which choice moves you forward?

Still deciding?

That's okay. Thoughtful decisions are good decisions.

They're the most committed.

Committed to doing the hard work of becoming authentic leaders.
Committed to practicing even when it feels vulnerable.
Committed to showing up for themselves and a community.

If that's you, we'll see you in April.
