Chanel is a wife, mother and lover of good food and good music. She started her leadership journey over 20 years ago, but it wasn’t until her most challenging role in the education system, that she realized she had to stop resisting her calling to lead, put on her big girl shoes, and fully step into this thing. It was hard.
That experience motivated Chanel to become a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach & DISC Consultant and to start Allen IMPACT Consulting and eventually The Quiet Leader Co. It also inspired Chanel to found Women Who Love&Lead in 2020 where she engages women leaders in conversations through her Podcast & Speaking. She saw a need to help female leaders, entrepreneurs and educators thrive, not just survive as transformational leaders.
Chanel’s professional experience has included leadership roles in various industries such as Youth Development, Education, Real Estate, Banking and Human Services.
